All our products carry a one year limited warranty.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our quality products.

If, by any chance, you are not happy with the product we send you, or change your mind or design specification, please return the product unused/unopened back to our Returns Department.

Note: You must obtain an RMA number before returning to our company. We will NOT accept any merchandise WITHOUT the RMA issued by use. To obtain a RMA number, please an email to Return's Department, stating your name, address, email, telephone no, invoice no and reason for returning.

We do charge 20% from the order for administrative and handling fees. Courier charges are not refundable.

Any orders made without delivery made, will be charge 15% for administrative and handling fees.
